Wild Rose School Division Online Registration

We are excited to welcome your student into our Wild Rose School community!

You can start the registration process with the links in the boxes below, but before you begin two helpful pieces of information:

• Have your supporting documents (ex. Birth certificate) easy to access prior to beginning the registration process. 
• Once you are in the SchoolEngage system, please pick the correct grade registration form as there are two forms available for the 2024-2025 school year.
  • 2023-2024 PreK/ECS Student Registration is for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programming.
  • 2023-2024 NEW Student Registration Form is for Grades 1-12 
  • 2024-2025 NEW Pre-K/ECS Student Registration is for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programming next year.
  • 2024-2025 NEW Student Registration Form Grade 1-12 with school start date of September 3, 2024.

New to Wild Rose School Division?  Or a returning family with no active current students? To register your child online, please create a new account via SchoolEngage

Already part of our Wild Rose Community? To register a new member of your family go to your PowerSchool Parent Portal and login with your existing user name and password to find the SchoolEngage link on the bottom left hand menu.  Once in your account you can add a new student

Transportation:  Families that are new to Wild Rose School Division need to register through School Engage.  However, any families already registered to Wild Rose, including STAR Catholic and Red Deer Catholic students need to continue to use the forms found on the Transportation Information Page.
