WRSD Celebrates its Retirees and Long Service Employees
On June 8, 2018, Wild Rose School Division held an evening of celebration in honour of its retirees and long service staff members. A delicious supper at the Royal Canadian Legion in Rocky Mountain House was followed by the sharing of fond memories, many laughs and happy tears.
Russ Hickman, Board Chair of Wild Rose School Division, stated, “My fellow trustees and I are very grateful for your years of service. Your commitment to your craft and profession, your experience and wisdom has made your classroom, your school and staffroom, and Wild Rose School Division a better place to learn, a better place to be and a better place to work. You have made a difference, changed lives and improved your students’ life chances. Thank you for sharing you with us.”
