Wild Rose School  Division is pleased to announce that Prairie Bus Lines Ltd is the successful proponent of the Student Transportation Request for Proposal (RFP).  Effective the 2019-20 school year, Prairie Bus Lines will be responsible for student transportation services in the south part of our division. This includes our schools in Rocky Mountain House, Caroline and the Corridor. Due to financial restrictions and legislative changes, the Wild Rose School Division Board of Trustees requested management proceed with a Request For Proposal for contracted bus services in the south part of our division. 

Prairie Bus Lines is an Alberta based company with expertise in providing transportation.They have an excellent reputation and hold contracts with several school divisions. They are currently responsible for safely transporting our students in the north part of our division. Since their business is providing transportation, Prairie Bus Lines fully understands the complexities of running a school bus operation. They are able to do so in the most efficient way possible, while maintaining the highest levels of safety and reliable service.

Prairie Bus Lines will ensure a seamless transition, with bus drivers and mechanics who currently work for the Division given the opportunity for employment. The Division is pleased to have negotiated a contract with Prairie Bus Lines and looks forward to its students being transported safely in September.
