Out of Country Field Trip
The Board of Trustees approved in principle Frank Maddock High School’s trip to Austria, Hungary and Poland in the spring of 2019.
Accountability Reports
The Literacy, Professional Development, FNMI and Educational Leadership Accountability Reports were presented to the board, highlighting all the goals and achievements in these departments.
New Cannabis Legislation
Trustees were assured that our administrative procedures will align with the government legislation regarding legalized cannabis use. Administrative Procedure 356 - Drugs, Alcohol and Controlled Substances addresses cannabis as a controlled substance. Administrative Procedure 162 - Smoke Free Environment, and Administrative Procedure 407 - Employee Alcohol, Substance Abuse or Chemical Dependency addresses other related issues.
