Out of Country Field Trip
The Board of Trustees approved in principle West Central High School’s trip to Seattle Washington in the spring of 2019. They also approved HW Pickups annual trip to Spokane Washington in May 2019.
Accountability Reports
The Technology, Curriculum and Assessment, Provincial Exam Results and Personnel Accountability Reports were presented to the board, highlighting all the goals and achievements in these departments.
Drayton Valley Schools Public Meeting
There will be a public meeting held in Drayton Valley on November 1st , 2018 at the Max Center starting at 7:00 pm. The primary goal of this meeting is to gather feedback from the school community regarding the grade configurations for elementary schools once the new Evergreen School is opened. The meeting will be an open Thought Exchange format, with participants being able to fill out a live survey that evening. The survey will be open to all members of the public from October 25 to November 8, 2018. Watch our website and Facebook pages for the link and more details.
